Row Boats Dinghy

boating question??
Are you allowed to say start bags: Annex waterfront rivers, for example, canals, ect ... receipt,? We wanted to go to water Grafham and take our canoe with us and have a line quietly, but descovered you can not do this river and some have licensing requirements for own boats, and everything I've looked does not allow inflatables of all kinds. Does anyone out there know of anywhere in East Anglia where we can just put our canoe in the water and float without any paperwork??
I put my canoe in the river Stour Bridge white near Manningtree, and pallet wide and up to Dedham Flatford. it's a great trip and I never had any problems. there is a small parking and almost nobody else uses this stretch of river.
