Rowing Formula

How do I get Excel to display the contents of the last cell in a row in another location? (what formula?)?
I’m trying to get Microsoft Excel to display the contents of the last cell in a particular row in a separate cell located at the front of the row. The problem is the last cell changes from week to week (i.e. from F3 to F4 to F5, etc… etc…
Can someone give me an example of the formula that would automatically copy the contents of the last cell in a row to a cell near the front of the same row?
You indicate you want to ‘copy the contents of the last cell in a ‘row’ to a cell near the front of the same ‘row’. Yet, your example, F3, F4, F5, etc, refers to a column structure.
If you are indeed working in a row, say row 4, and you want the value of the last column entry in row 4 to be returned in A4, use this formula in A4:
=INDIRECT(CHAR(COUNTA (B4:IV4)+65)&ROW())
