Rowing Machine Exercise Workouts

Can someone please make me an exercise program?
I am 16, 5’3, and 117 pounds. I would like to lose about 7 pounds. I’m eating well (about 1200-1600 calories) and three meals a day. I can workout usually every day of the week, I just don’t know what to do to get results.
I have a jumprope and a rowing machine and can do pushups, situps,etc. I can’t go running because it’s cold and icy!!

What are you eating?
Vegetables are a great way to feel full and lose weight while not denying your body of the nutrients it needs. Take all day to eat to keep your metabolic rate revved up. Eating raises your metabolic rate and burns calories
Flax seed and walnuts are high in omega fat but also high in calories eat sparingly but daily
Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day and stretch muscles frequently
You need to exercise at an aerobic heartbeat for a minimum of 25 minutes to burn stored fat, this gives you 5 min for warm up and 5 min for cool down. Any aerobics will do, jumping rope, jogging is place etc.
Ask yourself why you are not happy with your body the way it is
Beauty comes from within – perhaps you need to volunteer some time with others who are fortunate to eat 3 times a week
Learn to love the way you were created and laugh, laugh laugh
