Best places for ladies wear?

I need a new winter coat. I'm looking for something long (mid-thigh to knee) and wool. I currently have a very nice blue-purple wool coat target with a Peter Pan collar and two rows of three buttons. I go to school and I go outside to get to class so that heat is a necessity. I would also like to fashionable and beautiful. Thank you!
