Rowing Quadriceps

What are the best water quadriceps exercises?
In winter it is OK in the gym, but now I prefer the pool every night, I have to do rowing going on when I was younger, but now I want some good exercises in the water for about the legs especially the quadriceps. Thanks.
With the water as resistance by standing on the side of the pool side up, lift the outside Leg forward and then backward. Work your inner thighs and outer by sweeping the leg up in front and on the leg, then lift and set aside.
